Body Fat Estimation Formula

Where:

  • $$WC$$ = Waist Circumference (cm)
  • $$HC$$ = Hip Circumference (cm) (women only)
  • $$NC$$ = Neck Circumference (cm)
  • $$H$$ = Height (cm)
